The Walnut Creek Marriott offers us a special rate of $99 a night (plus tax), free valet parking, an excellent restaurant, and a comfortable, accessible space. Staying at the hotel means you can spend the weekend focusing on the con, not worrying about driving back and forth (we all know how much fun Bay Area traffic can be). Get your reservations now and enjoy yourself during the con.
Child care for FOGcon
Bringing your age-ten-and-under kids to FOGcon is free. But sometimes want to attend panels that might bore a child. We offer child care for the first child in each family at $45. Each additional child costs $35. That's not per day. That's for the whole con.
When do I need to register?
You must register for child care before February 7. Child care will not be available at the door. We have a limited number of slots, so sign up now. If we run out of space we will use a first-come, first-served basis.
When will child care be available?
Child care will be available during most daytime programming. You must pick up your child at lunch. Evening child care will not be available. You may pick up and drop off your child at any time when child care is open. You may come and go as often as you like during the morning or afternoon.

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 11:45 AM, break for lunch, 1:30 PM – 5:45 PM
