If you're interested in being a vendor at FOGcon, please read the following FAQ and then email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of what you plan to offer for sale. You don't have to pay anything until we confirm a reservation; after that, we'll ask you to go to the registration page and register and pay for both the table and the memberships. The prices are below. (All vendors and assistants must be con members.)
We'd like a good mix of dealers, and are open to anything genre-related. Books. Art. Jewelry. Craft objects. Festive clothing. (No food items, please, and nothing illegal.) We are happy to have authors and artists promoting their own work. If you have ideas or products that aren’t listed here, email us at email@example.com and ask.
Dealer Table and Membership Pricing
One table: $90
Two tables: $150
Note: Acceptance to the dealer's room comes with one (1) dealer and one (1) assistant membership to the conference regardless of how many tables you purchase.

Can I bring a helper or different helpers on different days?
Yes, of course, but all assistants must be con members (dealers get up to two free memberships). You can take table memberships in the name of the dealer’s business; those are transferable, so if you want different assistants at different times or on different days, it’s easily done.
What can I sell?
Dealer’s tables are open to anything genre-related. If you have ideas or products that aren’t on here, please email us. Nothing illegal, please; and no food or drink items. We have people under legal age at the Con so anything with adult material cannot be on public display. Please check with the dealer's liaison if you have questions about this.
Can I share a table?
Sure, if you know someone to share with, and can book it in the name of one of the parties. FOGcon likes the variety sharing creates, but we can't sell fractional tables.
How many tables can I book?
We generally offer one or two tables per dealer so that we have some variety in the dealer room. In very special circumstances, we may consider three tables. If it's very important to you, write to us at Dealers@FOGcon.org and tell us why.
What hours will the room be open?
Dealers Room hours are Friday 3-7, Saturday 10-6, Sunday 11-3.
What time is set-up? How about tear-down?
Set-up will start at 10 a.m. on Friday and tear-down will end at 9 p.m. on Sunday.
Where will the Dealers Room be located?
The Dealers Room will be Salons D and E of the California Ballroom. Here’s the link to the floor plan.
Is wifi included?
The dealers room does have free wifi. We’ll try to make sure it works. However, please be prepared to use an alternative if you can do so.
What is provided?
A six-foot table with drape and tablecloth, chairs to sit on, and access to power outlets.
What should I bring?
Bring your own power strip, if you need one. You may also want tape to fasten down loose cords (blue painter’s tape, please, because it doesn’t damage carpets); scissors, and whatever other accessories you may need to set up.
Is there a contract?
You must agree to the terms in the Dealers Agreement.
