One table, one membership: $90
One table, two memberships: $120
Two tables, one membership: $160

The dealers room features wifi and free electricity; skirted tables will be provided by the hotel.

How to Register for a Dealers Table

  1. Decide how many memberships and tables you will need.
  2. Email dealers@fogcon.org to reserve your table. Include your business name, the number of tables and memberships desired, and your contact information.
  3. Fill out a registration form for yourself.
  4. If you need an assistant, fill out a registration form for the assistant. If you’ll have different assistants at different times (for example, one person for Friday, someone else for Saturday and Sunday),the displayed name should be Assistant, [MyCompanyInc.].
  5. Select the appropriate combination of tables and memberships from the PayPal button below.
  6. Click Buy Now.
  7. Follow the directions on the PayPal site.

What does a table cost?

The charge for each table is $90; a complimentary dealer membership is included in the price for each table. If you need more space, you can get two tables for the discounted price of $160.

What about my helper?

Membership for a helper is an additional $30 (one per table, please). All assistants must be con members.

If a helper is needed, that helper membership must be purchased at the time the dealer table is purchased to receive the discounted pricing of $120 for a table and two memberships. You can take table memberships in the name of the dealer’s business; those are transferable, so if you want different assistants at different times or on different days, it’s easily done.

What can I sell?

Dealer’s tables are open to anything genre-related. Books. Art. Jewelry. Craft objects. Festive clothing. If you have ideas or products that aren’t on here, please email us. Nothing illegal, please; and no food or drink items.

What hours will the room be open?

Dealers Room hours are Friday 3-7, Saturday 10-6, Sunday 10-3.

What time is set-up? How about tear-down?

Set-up will start at 10 a.m. on Friday and tear-down will end at 9 p.m. on Sunday.

Where will the Dealers Room be located?

The Dealers Room will be Salons D and E of the California Ballroom. Here’s the link to the floor plan.

Is wifi included?

The dealers room does have free wifi. We’ll try to make sure it works. However, please be prepared to use an alternative if you can do so.

What is provided?

An eight-foot table with drape and tablecloth, chairs to sit on, and access to power outlets.

What should I bring?

Bring your own power strip, if you need one. You may also want tape to fasten down loose cords (blue painter’s tape, please, because it doesn’t damage carpets); scissors, and whatever other accessories you may need to set up.
